To keep Learnexai fair and safe, you agree not to:

• share your account or sell access to it;
• record, copy, re-upload or distribute course videos;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the Service;
• try to get around access controls, payment, or security measures;
• upload malware or interfere with the Service's operation;
• harass creators, learners or our staff;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of sanctions laws.

We may suspend or close accounts that break this policy. Where the breach is serious, we may do so without notice, and unused plan time is not refundable.
