1. Deleting your account yourself

1. Sign in and open Profile & security.
2. Under Delete account, enter your password and type DELETE.
3. Confirm. You are signed out immediately.

2. What is deleted

• Your name, email, date of birth, profile and bio are removed or anonymised straight away.
• Your lesson progress and saved courses are deleted.
• If you are a creator, your courses are unpublished. Ask us if you also want uploaded files erased; we do this within 30 days.

3. What we keep

Payment and invoice records are kept for 7 years because tax and accounting law requires it. Your phone number and street address are removed from those records when you delete your account.

4. Active plans

Deleting your account ends any remaining access. If you are within the refund window, request your refund before deleting (see the Refund & Cancellation Policy).

5. Asking us to delete it

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from your account email address. We complete requests within one month.
